Football success!
It has been a few busy weeks at work so I havent been able to be as frequent as I want on this blog.. However, back from the second trip for a week, I have to take some time to update you all! The Football Challenge in Chiswick generated 230 GBP from players, and I am still waiting to see what the pub offers me as they promised me a contribution based on our spendings there afterwards, but something around 20 GBP wouldnt be a bad guess. Such a great day, and Im planning for another one early this year as well, so keep your eyes open if you want to join! My fundraising is going really well, so thankful to everyone sponsoring me for this project! I am sure I will reach my target, as now I have half of the total! Talked to the organiser a few days ago and have to make up my mind if I want to stay for another week or not.. feels like a waste of time not to take the chance to see more of Africa when already being there and I have the time off.. But how safe is it to travel on your own?
